KIVIDEA’s 2025 Annual Staff Retreat brought together 10 team members (including project staff, a board member, support staff, and youth delegates) for three days of team building and emotional renewal. Held outside Kigoma-Ujiji, the retreat created a safe and reflective space to strengthen internal capacity, enhance collaboration, and reaffirm our commitment to purpose-driven work.
