KIVIDEA BOARD MEMBERS
The general assembly of members meets once every year for regular meetings, and anytime in extra-ordinary meetings. The Executive Director is the Secretary of the Board, composed of 5 members and elected in the general assembly for a 4-year term. Board members are elected for their academic qualifications, personal integrity, experience and or commitment to the organization’s goals.
