- Current problem
- The identified room needs repairs and safe electrical distribution. Without enough usable devices and furniture, learners have limited opportunity to practise digital skills directly.
- Proposed scope
- Repair the roof and ceiling; install lighting, sockets, distribution and cable management; provide 27 refurbished computers and 27 refurbished smartphones (25 learner sets, one teacher set and one backup set), 25 learner tables and chairs, a teacher desk and chair, bookshelf and teaching screen.

- Budget and verification
- TZS 67,474,200 (approximately CHF 19,845). This is the August 2026 brochure planning value. An itemized quotation including VAT and contingency is available on request.
- Implementation responsibilities
- KIVIDEA will approve the teaching and equipment specifications, procure and inventory assets, supervise room works, test electrical safety and arrange staffing, maintenance and secure use. Qualified providers will install, configure and hand over the equipment.
- Reporting commitment
- KIVIDEA promises a letter of acknowledgement and official tax-exempt receipt of donation, and further proposes a completion report with inventory, test and expenditure records and dated images, plus an annual update on sessions and learner use using verified counts.
