Current problem: There are currently no toilets at the proposed location, compromising privacy, comfort and participation in centre activities.
Proposed scope: Build four private toilet rooms, a screened urinal area and handwashing facilities, with water and wastewater connections designed to match the administration building. At least one room should have accessible entry and sufficient internal manoeuvring space, subject to final technical design.

Budget and verification: TZS 28,994,275 (approximately CHF 8,528), rounded from a TZS 23,572,581.51 base quotation before VAT. An itemized quotation including VAT and contingency is available on request.
Implementation responsibilities: KIVIDEA will approve the accessible layout, water and drainage design, revised budget and maintenance plan, procure and supervise qualified builders, then inspect and accept the completed facilities. Contractors will build, test and rectify defects.
Reporting commitment: KIVIDEA promises a letter of acknowledgement and official tax-exempt receipt of donation, and further proposes a completion report with dated before-and-after images, inspection and expenditure records, followed by an annual update on functionality and maintenance.
